How to use it
Add 1 sachet into half a glass of water (about 100 ml), stir until dissolved and enjoy. Drink on its own or add to your favourite Formula 1 Shake Mix. If adding to a shake or a smoothie, stir in after blending. Use liquids at a temperature below 25 °C to avoid affecting product efficacy. Enjoy once a day.
